Edwin Okamura
President

Edwin is president, board member and investor in Pipeline. Prior to joining Pipeline in 2006 as vice president of marketing, Edwin served as vice president of marketing and client services for Rainmaker Systems (NASDAQ: RMKR). During his tenure, revenue increased 20%+ quarter over quarter, and became profitable for the first time as a publicly traded company. Before his promotion to Rainmaker's executive staff, he served as Partner for QuarterEnd, Inc., a company that he co-founded and scaled to $12 million in revenue.

Edwin has held senior-level marketing positions at a wireless supply chain management and CRM software companies—including Agile Software and Siebel systems. Before his technology stint, Edwin hailed from the agency side where he represented clients like McGraw Hill, The Wall Street Journal, Bank of America, Synoptics and numerous start-up technology companies. During his 7-year tenure at a leading international direct marketing agency, he managed offices in the US, Singapore and Mexico.

In his limited spare time, Edwin has authored articles on wine, founded winelistguru.com, and is an avid trail and distance runner.

Brian Dudley
Vice President and Founder

Brian is founder, chairman of the board and vice president. In his capacity he assists in strategic direction for Pipeline, while managing the retention and acquisition of new clients. Prior to acquiring Pipeline (FKA Decarolis Direct) from Decarolis Design & Marketing (DDM), Brian was the top sales producer for three successive years. During his tenure he grew his client base to over 15 accounts—more than doubling the company's revenues.

Before joining DDM, Brian was president and CEO for MX3 Productions, a creative services firm specializing in interactive direct marketing campaigns. DDM did an asset purchase of MX3 in 2003. Prior to founding MX3, Brian served as sales manager for the international telesales division of Euro Currency Research based in the Netherlands. He later launched their US operations boasting clients like Coca Cola, Phillips, Deutsche Bank, Samsung, Merrill Lynch Bank and Finnet International.

In his limited free time, Brian can be seen doing just about anything outside—including coaching the Pipeline Roughnecks or running.

Mike Dudley
Director of Call Center Operations

Mike is director of call center operations, and one of Pipeline's first employees. Mike is responsible for all aspects of company-wide call center operations, from home-based recruiting, training and employee incentive initiatives.

Before assuming his promotion and employment with Pipeline, he served as an inside sales representative for Global Market Research from 2001 to 2003, a financial forecasting company. His hands-on experience managing call centers, combined with his entrepreneurial spirit has led to the steady growth and increased performance of Pipeline call center operations.

Dave Kennedy
Data Operations Manager

Dave is Data Operations Manager for Pipeline. In this role, he has been instrumental in developing closed-loop reporting processes for clients, and supporting the development of internal and external data list management procedures.  Previously, Dave served as an Account Manager.

Prior to joining Pipeline, Dave was a Sales Manager for an International Distributor and QA Lab Technician for a leading Computer Component Manufacturer. Dave received a BA from CSUMB with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship. In his free time, Dave can be found golfing and spending with his wife and daughter.

Phil Boucher
Multimedia Director

Prior to joining Pipeline in 2006, Phil worked as an interactive multimedia designer for five years in Silicon Valley. He has worked on many successful projects, and a wide range of clients including Borland, Cisco, Tyco Electronics, Synopsys and GE.

Phil is involved in creating cutting-edge digital art. His work has been featured at Macworld in New York, at the Los Angeles Center for Digital Art, in Digital Photography & Design magazine and at numerous shows, galleries and websites around the world. In 2003 Phil created an Addy Award-winning CD-ROM project for Comstor, and in 2007 he created a San Francisco Club of Litho and Printing Award winning CD mailer for lnfineon.

Phil received his BFA in Computer Design and Photography from the University of Massachusetts. While attending UMASS, he studied motion graphics with an emphasis in animation, and has contributed to the creation and conceptualization of digital art and characters for CG projects at the Center for Research in Art & Technology.

Vince Fernandes
Director of IT

Vince is Director of IT, with over 12 years of technology experience. Prior to joining Pipeline, Vince was a Senior IT Analyst for Infineon Technologies (NASDQ: IFX) where he held numerous positions in client/server, global governance, enterprise deployment, security and project management. His IT architecture and facilities experience with U.S. and International business cultures bring a valuable advisory asset to Pipeline. His duties include end-to-end IT support for all systems and solutions and various technical jobs related to campaign delivery. Vince also directs Pipeline's data management strategy and execution.

In his spare time, Vince is a professional SIM racer (iRacing.com) and enjoys all aspects of this fast growing internet sport. He is also involved with Boxer Rescue and various other animal rescue efforts in and around Northern California.
